Clean room at a good price and easy drive to U of M football stadium.
No record of our reservation when we arrived to a "sold-out" hotel. Somewhere a breakdown in communication between Booked.net and hotel. Luckily they were able to provide us with a room. Might be best to call hotel a day or two after booking to make sure they have your reservation.
The price was fabulous the room was nice and it was clean. I was happy to have a shower stall and not the tub with an icky shower curtain.
It was only 10 miles or so down Carpenter Road from where you catch the shuttle bus to Michigan Stadium. It was pretty quiet at night for sleeping. The beds were pretty comfortable.
They could use better pillows-they are kind of too soft.
Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.
The electric cord to the stair-stepper in the exercise room is broken.
It was very convenient to Ann Arbor. The hotel was smalll and friendly. You could walk down the stairs and right out he door to your car without having to figure out a maze.
The pool was open all night.
I did not get a good night's sleep either night because of the traffic noise all night. It was constant. Also the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people next to us at 5 a.m.
I was not by any means happy with the hotel and the staff Members that worked!! However Jason did and amazing job and was very Helpful in everything that I needed help with traveling such a long way Do to a family death is hard to do anyway but when you have staff that make You feel unwelcome and like you and your family don't feel welcome!!! Howvere Like I said Jason did great in everything that w asked him for!!
Proximity to interstate and ann arbor, univ of michigan. Clean with satisfactory continental breakfast setup. Well lit and secure.
Walls too thin, could hear neighbors late night antics. Requested a first floor room when booked 2 months ago due to a disability, was told none available. Window in room 318 wouldn't close correctly and wind blew thru constantly. Room charges included a 'safe use' charge, did not use safe.
A good breakfast; proximity to Ann Arbor
Apparently, all King suites are located in the section of the hotel closest to the highway. Ear plugs are necessary if you get the rooms closest to the highway and you expect to sleep.
The location, ease of access from the main highway, the room, the breakfast offerings, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.
The breakfast was very good, it was nice to have more than cereal and bagels.
Hot tub would have been nice, but it was fine without it.
Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great deal for the price.
Terrible breakfast with unfriendly incompetent staff.
